Service with a twist
The room was unexpectedly spacious, perfect for our family gathering. The kitchen had everything we needed to store and prepare meals for our group.
The check-in experience was chaotic. the staff seemed overwhelmed and confused about our reservation. Plus, the musty smell in the lobby didn’t set a great first impression.

The hotel is just a short walk from the iconic belize sign, making it easy to snap great photos, and with the museum of belize being only a bit over 2 km away, I enjoyed a leisurely stroll through the city to explore its rich history. the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean, perfect for a weekend city traveler. however, service could be improved as there were some billing issues during check-in.

Budget-friendly choice for a family
The room had good ac and was clean and spacious enough for my family. They even let us put our food in the fridge and use the kitchen which was unexpectedly helpful.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable given the options.

We had a lovely time staying close to the Belize sign and seashore promenade, which was about 10 minutes away. It was nice to enjoy some morning jogs with my daughter while taking in the beautiful scenery. The kitchen facilities were convenient for preparing snacks for our large family.
In my wife’s opinion, the staff were disinterested and unhelpful. They need to work on their customer service, especially for families with children.
